DECISION NoDECISION No. 156/2002/QD-BTC of December 20, 2002 supplementing and amending the State Budget Index system Issued together with this Decision is the List of supplemented and amended numeral codes of Chapters (A and B), Clauses, Items and Sub-items, issued together with the Finance Minister�s Decision No. 280/TC/QD-BTC of April 15, 1997; and the Finance Ministry�s Circulars No. 156/1998/TT-BTC of December 22, 1998, No. 60/1999/TT-BTC of June 1, 1999, No. 67/2000/TT-BTC of July 13, 2000, and No. 67/2001/TT-BTC of August 22, 2001 guiding, supplementing and/or amending the State Budget Index system, which is used for the State budget estimation, execution and settlement. To annul the Finance Minister�s Decision No. 209/2000/QD-BTC of December 25, 2000 promulgating the State Budget Index system applicable to commune-level budgets. This Decision takes effect as from January 1, 2003.- (Summary) |
