CIRCULAR NoCIRCULAR No. 60/1999/TT-BTC of June 1 st, 1999 amending and supplementing the system of State budget�s contentsIn execution of the regulations on the management and allocation of investment capital for infrastructure projects in communes meeting with special difficulties, mountainous, deep-lying and remote regions; the regulations on the issuance of national construction bonds; and with a view to well serving the management and control of the State budget according to the State Budget Law, the Ministry of Finance has supplemented a number of chapters, items and sub-items to the system of the current State budget�s contents.- (Summary) nbsp; |
