DECREE No. 154/2004/ND-CP of August 9, 2004 on the State's rituals in organizing meetings and cerebrations; awarding and receiving the State's honorable titles, orders, medals, the Government's emulation flags, and the Prime Minister's diplomas of merit This Decree applies to State agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations, social organizations, socio-professional organizations, economic organizations and people's armed force units operating on the territory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam which organize meetings and celebrations; award and receive the State's honorable titles, orders, medals, the Government's emulation flags, or the Prime Minister's diplomas of merit. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall guide the forms of and procedures for awarding orders and medals to international organizations and foreigners not defined in this Decree. This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette, annulling all previous regulations contrary hereto.- (Summary) |
