DECISION Amending the State Budget Index This Decision crosses out items on national target programs and projects issued together with the Finance Minister’s Decisions No. 280-TC/QD/NSNN of April 15, 1997, No.nbsp; 156/2002/QD-BTC of December 20, 2002, No. 26/2004/QD-BTC of March 18, 2004, No. 23/2005/QD-BTC of April 15, 2005, No. 70/2005/QD-BTC of October 19, 2005, and No. 01/2006/QD-BTC of January 5, 2006; and the Finance Ministry’s Circulars No. 156/1998/TT-BTC of December 12, 1998, No. 60/1999/TT-BTC of June 1, 1999, No. 67/2000/TT-BTC of July 13, 2000, and No. 67/TT-BTC of August 22, 2001.
