DECISION On management of border trading activities with bordering countries Border trading activities with bordering countries specified in this Decision include goods purchase, sale and exchange activities of border residents; trading activities in border marketplaces, border-gate marketplaces and marketplaces in border-gate economic zones; cross-border goods import and export by modes not specified in bilateral trade agreements between Vietnam and bordering countries. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces Decision No. 252/2003/QD-TTg of November 24, 2003.- (Summary) |
