DECREE Amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 05/1999/ND-CP of February 3, 1999, on people’s identity cards This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.” People’s identity cards granted before the date of granting or renewing people’s identity cards under the provisions of this Decree remain valid till their expiration.- (Summary) |
