Vice Minister Nguyen Khanh Ngoc receiving JICA’s Mid-term evaluation TeamOn January 17th, Vice Minister Nguyen Khanh Ngoc received the JICA Project’s Mid-term evaluation Team to discuss matters of mutual interest.Welcoming the Evaluation Team, Vice Minister Nguyen Khanh Ngoc highly valued JICA Project’s support in building and completing Viet Nam’s legal system in the past few years. Vice Minister Ngoc stated that law drafting proposals for the future period should be viewed in tandem with the overall legal system to avoid conflicts and overlaps. He also emphasized that in order to enhance the effectiveness of the Project, JICA Project’s programs and activities should be in line with one another to fulfill joint aims. With regard to the shift from completing the legal system to organizing law implementation, Vice Minister Ngoc hoped to receive the continual support from JICA Project in the field.
