Gia Lai: Inspecting organizations and operations of lawyer practising organisations

To perform the functions, duties and powers in performing advisory functions and assist the provincial People's Committee on the judicial activities; to implement the Judicial Inspectorate plan in 2011; to accurately assess the organizations and operations of lawyer practising organisations in the province, Director of Gia Lai provincial Justice Department has signed Decision No. 84/QD-STP setting up the inspection team to examine the organization and operation of local lawyer practicing organizations.

At the invitation of the Government Legislative of South Korea, with the consent of the Justice Minister Ha Hung Cuong, the Justice Ministry delegation headed by Deputy Minister Le Thanh Long attended the Asian Forum of Legislative Information Affairs (AFOLIA) that will be held in Incheon, South Korea during the period from November 10 to 11.

On November 3, Vice Chairman of Ca Mau provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Tien Hai signed Decision No. 1668/ QD-UBND issuing the Plan deploying the implementation of Decree No. 55/ 2011/ ND-CP dated July 04 2011 of Government stipulating the functions, duties, power and organizational structure of legal agencies.
